Talent Acquisition Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Serve as an ambassador for Granum’s mission, values, and dedication to the green industry when engaging with potential candidates.

• Manage the entire recruitment process for SDR, Onboarding, and Support positions.

• Identify, evaluate, and finalize candidates from start to finish.

• Develop and sustain a pool of interested candidates.

• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, personal connections, and networks of top performers.

• Ensure the candidate pipeline data remains updated in Greenhouse.

• Balance organizational requirements with the candidate experience.

• Assist the team and candidates with additional responsibilities as necessary.

• Report directly to the VP of People & Culture and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting or sourcing candidates in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to manage a high-volume, recurring workload while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Confidence in conducting outbound outreach and initiating cold conversations.

• Capability to sustain a candidate pool over several months.

• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System; experience with Greenhouse is an advantage.

• Knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Interest in AI and the application of the latest technologies in the recruitment process.

• Must possess the necessary work authorization to be employed by any employer in Canada or the U.S. without needing company sponsorship.
