Talent Acquisition Apprentice – Non Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehend hiring needs, job specifications, and candidate profiles to facilitate recruitment across multiple functions.

• Identify and source suitable candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal talent databases.

• Execute initial candidate screenings and evaluate applicants against established role criteria.

• Assist with candidate outreach, engagement, and follow-up during the recruitment journey.

• Organize interviews and guarantee a seamless candidate experience throughout various stages of the hiring process.

• Keep precise and current candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to grasp hiring priorities and assist recruitment efforts.

• Support recruitment reporting and track pipeline progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related discipline.

• Strong enthusiasm for pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Good organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic, remote setting.

• Comfortable utilizing spreadsheets, online research tools, and technology.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous internship experience in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, or a similar area is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring methodologies.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems.

• Experience using Google Sheets/Excel and handling recruitment data.

• Exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, or interview coordination.

• Interest in using AI and automation to enhance recruitment processes.
