Talent Acquisition Apprentice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehend hiring needs, job specifications, and candidate profiles to facilitate recruitment across multiple functions.

• Source and pinpoint suitable candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal talent databases.

• Perform initial candidate screenings and evaluate candidates based on established role criteria.

• Assist with candidate outreach, engagement, and follow-ups during the recruitment process.

• Organize interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience at various hiring stages.

• Keep precise and current candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to grasp hiring priorities and aid recruitment efforts.

• Support recruitment reporting and pipeline management.

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related discipline.

• Strong enthusiasm for pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Solid problem-solving and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, remote setting.

• Proficient in utilizing spreadsheets, online research tools, and technology.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior internship experience in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, or a similar field is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems.

• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel and recruitment metrics.

• Exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, or interview coordination.

• Interest in utilizing AI and automation to enhance recruitment processes.
