Talent Acquisition Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, from identifying candidates to final selection.

• Identify candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems, and various recruitment avenues.

• Evaluate resumes and screen applicants according to job specifications.

• Conduct preliminary interviews and candidate evaluations in English.

• Organize interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates.

• Keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment pipelines.

• Present suitable candidates to hiring managers.

• Handle multiple job openings and adhere to recruitment timelines.

• Ensure a professional and positive experience for candidates.

• Recruit and assess Evaluation Specialist candidates focusing on professional, analytical, communication, and English proficiency skills.

• Recruit and evaluate Immigration Paralegal Agent candidates based on relevant experience, organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and English fluency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently reside in Cali or Bogotá, Colombia.

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Staffing.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Advanced/Fluent English (B2+/C1 or higher).

• Strong skills in interviewing, sourcing, and assessing candidates.

• Experience utilizing LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes at once.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of working independently in a fully remote setting.

• Preferred: Experience in recruiting English-speaking professionals.

• Preferred: Experience in recruiting for legal, immigration, administrative, or specialized roles.

• Preferred: Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment metrics.
