This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process across a diverse and intricate range of business roles.

• Engage in discussions related to forecasting and strategic planning.

• Spearhead various recruitment-focused projects.

• Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers.

• Address the talent requirements of Global Growth by attracting new candidates.

• Utilize innovative online sourcing methods and strategies to attract both tech and non-tech talent.

• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and align skilled professionals with InEvent's needs.

• Provide exceptional candidate experiences that reflect the brand's values.

• Compile and present monthly recruitment performance reports.

• Create and promote accountability for personal talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.

• Assist the team and organization in achieving monthly recruitment objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English for effective communication with global candidates.

• A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience is essential.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

• Must demonstrate responsibility, urgency, and initiative.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to adapt and learn continuously in a startup environment.

• A personal notebook (Mac or Windows) is mandatory.

• A mobile device (iOS or Android) is required.

• Must be flexible to accommodate various time zones.
