πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Plan and implement remote software upgrades across various supported platforms.

β€’ Ensure that Call Handling customers remain updated with the latest software release levels.

β€’ Collaborate directly with customers to arrange and coordinate upgrades, maintenance windows, and communication regarding changes.

β€’ Work with Research & Development and Engineering teams to design, enhance, and execute upgrade procedures.

β€’ Develop, design, assess, and modify systems based on customer needs and regulatory standards.

β€’ Provide support for system architecture while ensuring platform integrity, stability, and performance.

β€’ Configure and validate software across a wide range of customer configurations and environments.

β€’ Identify, document, and report any field process and product issues.

β€’ Assist various support levels with investigations and resolutions.

β€’ Manage critical customer issues during upgrades and maintain communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

β€’ Represent Anovia during customer interactions with dispatchers, law enforcement personnel, and technology executives.

β€’ Document technical issues, solutions, and escalation details.

β€’ Create, review, and maintain whitepapers, Methods of Procedures (MOPs), technical alerts, and bulletins.

β€’ Collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Hands-on experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.

β€’ Familiarity with virtualization technologies is a significant asset.

β€’ Experience with HP server platforms is a considerable advantage.

β€’ Knowledge of analog and digital telephony is a strong asset.

β€’ Networking fundamentals experience is highly valued.

β€’ Technical support experience in hardware and software is a strong asset.

β€’ Experience in managing software configurations and upgrades within complex, customer-specific environments.

β€’ Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in critical systems.

β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

β€’ Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

β€’ Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

β€’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

β€’ Capacity to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially in high-stakes or time-sensitive situations.

β€’ Highly organized with a strong focus on detail and documentation quality.
