This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define, design, enhance, and maintain the technology utilized by provider and operations teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Employ contemporary open-source technologies such as TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Node.js to design, implement, test, and sustain essential product features.
• Collaborate with product managers, physicians, nurse practitioners, and other personnel to identify and develop patient-care solutions.
• Work across the entire stack, including web interfaces, data storage solutions, and cloud infrastructure, to address challenges and finalize projects.
• Provide consistent value to users in a reliable, repeatable, and transparent manner.
• Adopt Lean Startup principles to streamline decisions, technology, and processes.
• Cultivate relationships with teammates, managers, and stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Maintain engineering standards and consistency across codebases and processes.
• Mentor, train, and supervise less experienced engineers.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, launching, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend services.
• Proven experience in leading and managing end-to-end projects with significant deliverables for web application backends.
• Familiarity with building commercial-grade web applications using modern, open-source, cloud technologies.
• Proficient in API design and writing data persistence layers.
• Experience with iterative agile application delivery, CI/CD practices, and creating highly maintainable code.
• Background in mentoring, developing, and supervising the work of junior engineers.
• Consistent access to a private workspace with high-speed internet and a professional environment suitable for frequent video conferencing, along with a workstation setup that meets remote work requirements.
• Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and reside within the US.
