Mid-Level Full-Stack PHP Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate systems, ensuring quality, performance, security, and compliance with both functional and non-functional requirements;

• Implement corrective, adaptive, evolutionary, and preventive maintenance for information systems;

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and problems across development, staging, and production environments;

• Engage in defining and implementing technical solutions that adhere to the architectural standards set by the contracting organization;

• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and facilitate integrations between internal and external systems;

• Conduct code reviews, pinpoint improvements, and apply best practices in software engineering;

• Prepare and sustain technical documentation for the solutions developed;

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and activities, contributing to planning and execution of delivery;

• Support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing;

• Contribute to the analysis of application performance, scalability, and observability;

• Assist in technology modernization, refactoring, and continuous improvement efforts;

• Advocate for component reuse, solution standardization, and the minimization of technical debt;

• Collaborate with analysts, architects, support teams, infrastructure, information security, and other departments;

• Ensure adherence to the technical, methodological, and operational requirements established under the contract.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline;

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with PHP/Laravel;

• Experience with Angular;

• Understanding of Agile software development principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and Kanban;

• Familiarity with design patterns;

• Knowledge of microservices architectures;

• Awareness of DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies;

• Proficiency in Node.js, XML, REST, JSON, SOAP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, web services, and Bootstrap;

• Experience with transactional databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle;

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis;

• Familiarity with version control tools, including Subversion and Git;

• Understanding of CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Maven;

• Experience with container technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker.
