
Systems Integrator III β SCADA Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver exceptional, client-centered technical support for Ulteig Plant SCADA control systems and clients.
β’ Detect and rectify PLC logic issues and improvements.
β’ Conduct break/fix troubleshooting alongside remote preventative maintenance support.
β’ Collaborate with clients and contractors effectively.
β’ Execute logic updates and conduct thorough testing.
β’ Regularly engage with clients in the renewable energy sector.
β’ Create and evaluate PLC/HMI/SCADA programs.
β’ Foster positive relationships with clients and respond to both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Program PLCs utilizing platforms such as Allen Bradley, Schneider, or SEL RTAC.
β’ Develop HMI/SCADA systems using tools like Ignition, Wonderware, or Kepware/Topserver.
β’ Carry out remote troubleshooting while adhering to best practices in live systems, including NERC CIP, ISO, and NIST standards.
β’ Comprehend and revise technical documentation, such as control logic, testing protocols, and user manuals.
β’ Take responsibility for personal and product quality.
β’ Complete assignments punctually and within budget constraints.
β’ Report to a Technical Manager or Engineering Supervisor.
β’ Engage in technical training sessions or conferences and share insights through technical reports or team presentations.
β’ A two-year technical degree.
β’ 4-7 years of experience in Industrial Control Systems, Integration of Robotics Systems, or related programming fields.
β’ Familiarity with the renewable energy industry, including Wind, PV, and BESS.
β’ Preferred experience in Function Block and/or structured text programming.
β’ Proven knowledge and proficiency in communication protocols (DNP3, Modbus, etc.) and internet network architectures.
β’ Capability to utilize common, discipline-specific software and assist others in using it.
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent time management, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
β’ Capacity to establish and sustain effective working relationships with staff, management, and clients.
β’ Competence in reading and creating engineering design drawings, including communication diagrams, logic diagrams, and network schematics.
β’ Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SQL, and Access.
β’ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
β’ Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
β’ Valid driver's license and capability to meet company driving standards.
β’ Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
