Systems Integration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect, clarify, and document both business and technical requirements for Oracle Cloud integrations and associated system interfaces.

• Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications along with supporting documentation for technical teams.

• Oversee integration testing activities, which include test preparation, execution support, defect tracking, and follow-up on resolutions.

• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) by organizing sessions, gathering feedback, and ensuring stakeholder sign-off.

• Keep precise documentation for integrations, encompassing requirements, test results, issue logs, and approval records.

• Collaborate with functional subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and project team members to validate solution readiness and flag any blockers or risks within assigned workstreams.

• Track integration progress and relay status updates, dependencies, and issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Offer suggestions to enhance integration documentation, testing, and support processes within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in systems integration, business analysis, or a similar IT role.

• Proven experience in gathering requirements and documenting functional specifications for system integrations.

• Practical experience in supporting integration testing, defect tracking, and coordinating UAT.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud applications and integration concepts such as APIs, data mapping, and interface testing.

• Capability to manage assigned tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with both business and technical partners.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud modules like HCM, Finance, or Procurement.

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Dell Boomi, or equivalent integration tools.

• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based testing cycles.

• Experience with Jira, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, or similar integration technologies.
