Systems Engineering, Test Capabilities, Operations Data, Digital Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Create and implement data-driven, analytical, automation, and digital solutions aimed at enhancing engineering and business results.

• Convert intricate data into actionable insights utilizing dashboards, visualizations, and decision-support tools.

• Discover opportunities for process automation, efficiency enhancement, and fostering data-informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with engineers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to address challenging problems and deliver scalable solutions.

• Facilitate the adoption of emerging technologies, such as AI/ML and digital engineering capabilities.

• Establish and refine data standards, processes, governance, and operational metrics.

• Design and sustain automated workflows via Power Automate.

• Create custom business applications utilizing Power Apps.

• Manage and enhance SharePoint sites for collaboration, data storage, and workflow integration.

• Travel up to 10%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).

• At least 5 years of pertinent experience.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Office 365 Power Applications, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or SharePoint.

• Proficiency in Power BI involving data modeling, DAX, and dashboard creation.

• Experience in workflow automation using Power Automate.

• Background in application development with Power Apps.

• Experience in managing and integrating SharePoint sites.

• Familiarity with large datasets and data visualization techniques.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance is required from day one.

• Must reside and work within one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
