Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Offer implementation and stabilization assistance to participating clinics

• Execute system testing and validate workflows

• Recognize, troubleshoot, and facilitate the resolution of technical and operational challenges

• Aid in the onboarding and implementation of the patient portal

• Support clinic personnel with system-related inquiries and troubleshooting

• Create, manage, and revise end-user documentation, guides, and support resources

• Work in collaboration with project staff, clinics, vendors, and other involved parties to address issues and ensure successful implementation

• Provide continuous technical and operational support throughout the duration of the initiative

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in New Mexico

• Experience in providing systems analysis, technical support, implementation, or related services

• Familiarity with web-based meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Capacity to validate workflows, pinpoint issues, and coordinate solutions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with a statewide team
