Systems Engineer – Modern Workplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Managing Modern Client Management environments utilizing Microsoft technologies

• Creating PowerShell scripts for automation purposes

• Packaging and deploying software with the PSADT framework

• Developing new solutions and improving existing concepts within the Modern Client Management environment

• Offering 2nd- and 3rd-level support while executing ITIL-compliant problem management

• Overseeing client engineering activities, ticket management, and project coordination

• Actively participating in projects and independently handling sub-projects

• Assisting in customer reviews and regular status meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Modern Client Management solutions, including MECM (SCCM), Intune, and Microsoft Defender

• Strong proficiency in PowerShell

• Desired scripting skills

• Customer-, process-, and solution-focused mindset

• Professional and friendly demeanor when engaging with customers

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English

• Eagerness to learn and explore new subject areas

• Proactive, innovative, dedicated, flexible, and creative work approach

• Excellent communication skills with a willingness to think outside the box
