This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +15 more states.
• Develop, configure, and enhance HubSpot properties, objects, pipelines, workflows, automations, and system architecture.
• Conduct audits of client HubSpot environments to assess data quality, identify structural issues, and pinpoint operational inefficiencies.
• Detect and rectify CRM data integrity challenges.
• Create and sustain integrations between HubSpot and various sales, marketing, communication, and reporting platforms.
• Engage with APIs, webhooks, imports, exports, and other data transfer processes.
• Assist with CRM migrations, account setups, and extensive system modifications.
• Collaborate with data and RevOps teams to organize CRM data for reporting and analytical purposes.
• Establish processes for data validation, deduplication, normalization, and continuous data hygiene.
• Diagnose CRM and integration problems while identifying their root causes.
• Set and uphold CRM data standards and governance.
• Document system architecture, workflows, integrations, and technical operations.
• Enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of client CRM environments.
• Contribute to broader RevOps initiatives where CRM architecture and data are essential.
• Maintain clean, scalable, intentionally structured, and consistently governed HubSpot environments across clients.
• Ensure that reporting and downstream data systems receive dependable CRM data.
• Experience in an agency, consultancy, or client-services role.
• Ideally, experience with a HubSpot Solutions Partner, HubSpot agency, RevOps agency, CRM consultancy, or a similar organization.
• Proficiency in configuring and optimizing HubSpot environments for multiple clients.
• Understanding of CRM architecture, objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, automation, and data structures.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, webhooks, dialers, schedulers, reporting tools, or other sales technologies.
• Strong capabilities in data integrity, data hygiene, auditing, and governance.
• Ability to troubleshoot CRM, integration, and system issues while identifying root causes.
• Capacity to manage multiple client environments concurrently.
• Experience in documenting systems, SOPs, playbooks, workflows, integrations, and technical processes.
• Familiarity with building and deploying CRM environments from the ground up, including integrations.
• Experience directly leading CRM onboarding or training sessions for teams or clients.
