This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, test, and enhance Workday solutions for designated modules.
• Identify obstacles, ascertain root causes, and create scalable configuration enhancements.
• Design and configure intricate Workday business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, validations, alerts, notifications, eligibility rules, and EIB templates.
• Take ownership of complex workstreams and evaluate the end-to-end impacts on modules.
• Maintain the integrity and sustainability of configurations.
• Mentor HR Systems Analyst II team members and act as an escalation point.
• Provide support and guidance to Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support teams.
• Lead semi-annual reviews of release impacts, conduct remediation, and perform regression testing.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing in collaboration with Centers of Excellence and HR Operations.
• Partner with Workday Engineers to assess technical feasibility and oversee migration processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into functional designs.
• Consult with product owners, HR leaders, and Centers of Excellence regarding HR system requirements.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, decision logs, and established standards.
• Ensure adherence to documentation and controlled migration processes.
• Execute other job-related tasks as assigned or as necessary.
• 4–7 years of direct Workday HRIS experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Workday configuration and functionalities within specific modules.
• Capability to diagnose system-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Proficiency in Workday business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, EIB, and security principles.
• Experience with Workday release cycles and regression testing.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Proficient in Visio, Jira, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
