This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a sales representative within a designated territory

• Assist the sales team on technical aspects throughout pre-sales, sales meetings, and post-sales activities

• Assess sales leads from a technical perspective

• Act as the primary technical resource during sales discussions

• Provide answers and educate clients on features, specifications, functionalities, and integrations

• Offer expertise in networking applications and solutions

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts regarding post-sales technical concerns

• Work with technical support and engineering teams to address, escalate, and resolve customer technical inquiries

• Identify customers needing post-sales training and offer assistance

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in field sales

• Background in technical or pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer

• Familiarity with LAN/WAN/Internet services administration

• Knowledge of wireless technologies, including deployment, support, and site assessments

• Strong understanding of wireless authentication technologies

• Comprehensive knowledge of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP

• Awareness of routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, network security, intrusion detection, and anti-virus technologies

• Solid grasp of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, firewall, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES

• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies

• Certifications: CCIE, CISSP

• Bachelor’s Degree
