Oracle Application Systems Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with application Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and developers to comprehend business rules, workflows, and requirements.

• Evaluate the current application performance, identify defects, and address change requests.

• Create and implement functional test cases, regression tests, and user acceptance tests for enhancements and releases.

• Coordinate testing cycles with development, DBA, and operations teams.

• Confirm data flows and application integration points, including eGrants, eSPAN, Staff Portal, and Member Portal.

• Execute automated tests and document test results, defects, and process deficiencies.

• Monitor remediation progress.

• Assist in ensuring release readiness by validating tests across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.

• Help update system documentation, user workflows, and knowledge base materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical training, certifications, or a degree in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) processes, change control, and release management.

• Experience in supporting federal programs or organizations driven by a mission.

• Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA.

• Knowledge of Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT).

• Experience utilizing Selenium.

• Proficient in Oracle SQL.

• Experience with systems documentation.

• BI Full 6C (T4) public trust requirement.

• Capability to work remotely.

• US citizenship is not a requirement.
