This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a sales representative within a designated territory

• Provide support to the sales team on technical issues during pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales

• Assess sales leads from a technical perspective

• Act as the primary technical resource during sales calls

• Educate customers on features, specifications, functionality, and integration

• Offer technical support for networking applications and solutions

• Serve as the main technical contact for designated accounts regarding technical concerns

• Work with technical support and engineering teams to address, escalate, and resolve customer technical issues

• Identify customers needing post-sales training and provide necessary assistance

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in field sales

• Background in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer

• Familiarity with LAN/WAN/Internet services administration

• Experience in deploying, supporting, and conducting site surveys for wireless technologies

• Strong understanding of wireless authentication technologies

• In-depth knowledge of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP

• Proficient in routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, network security, intrusion detection, and anti-virus technologies

• Solid understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, firewall, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES

• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies

• Certifications: CCIE, CISSP

• Bachelor's Degree
