Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a sales representative within a designated territory

• Provide technical support to the sales team for pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales activities

• Aid in the qualification of sales leads from a technical perspective

• Act as the primary technical resource during sales calls

• Educate and assist customers on product features, specifications, functionality, and integration

• Offer expertise in networking applications and solutions

• Serve as the lead technical contact for specific accounts regarding technical inquiries

• Coordinate with technical support and engineering teams to address, escalate, and resolve customer technical issues

• Deliver post-sales training to selected customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience in field sales

• Background in technical or pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer

• Proficient in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration

• Familiarity with wireless technologies, including deployment, support, and site surveys

• Strong understanding of wireless authentication technologies

• Comprehensive knowledge of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP protocols

• Expertise in routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, network security, intrusion detection, and antivirus solutions

• Solid understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, firewall, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES

• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies

• Relevant certifications: CCIE, CISSP
