Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Support the qualification of sales leads from a technical perspective during the pre-sales phase.

• Efficiently execute pre-sales activities related to solution offerings, including proposals, demonstrations, and presentations.

• Oversee all technical components of the sales cycle with clients, from initial RFIs to RFPs and RFQs as necessary.

• Actively engage in the preparation of tender documents, proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and proof of concept (POC) demonstrations.

• Serve as the primary technical resource during sales calls, addressing and educating customers on various topics such as features, specifications, functionality, and integration.

• Knowledgeable about networking applications and solutions.

• Analyze customer requirements, environments, and challenges to recommend and deliver security solution designs and implementation strategies to clients.

• After sales, act as the principal technical contact for designated accounts regarding technical issues, collaborating closely with the technical support team and engineering to address, escalate, and resolve customer technical concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in field sales.

• Background in technical or pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.

• Proficiency in managing LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.

• Experience handling mid to large enterprise accounts, lab setups, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.

• Strong understanding of security solutions deployed in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba, and Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with SaaS solutions, orchestration, or multi-vendor integrated deployments.

• Experience with Cybersecurity Frameworks, including NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, and Cyber Kill Chain.

• Exceptional knowledge in networking and security solutions, such as Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewall, SDWAN, Sandboxing, UEBA, application security, SASE, ZTNA, and EDR.

• Robust understanding of the following technologies and protocols: RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES.

• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies is essential.

• Outstanding presentation skills.
