This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support for enterprise VoIP and telecommunications systems, including those based on Asterisk.
• Diagnose issues related to Linux-hosted applications, web services, authentication systems, certificates, DNS, load balancing, and performance.
• Administer and support Microsoft Azure cloud environments for enterprise, covering virtual machines, storage, and cloud infrastructure services.
• Oversee and maintain hybrid infrastructure that spans both cloud and on-premises platforms.
• Deploy, configure, and support Windows Server environments along with associated infrastructure services.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Investigate, evaluate, and address security vulnerabilities within infrastructure platforms.
• Engage in disaster recovery planning, testing, and recovery activities.
• Monitor the health, performance, and availability of infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with engineering teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to provide reliable and scalable technology solutions.
• Participate in on-call support and incident response activities as necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• At least five (5) years of experience in infrastructure engineering, particularly in supporting enterprise hybrid cloud environments.
• Proficient in supporting Linux operating systems and applications hosted on Linux.
• Practical experience with Asterisk infrastructure (RHEL 9+).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure technologies in an enterprise context.
• Strong background in Windows Server administration, Azure Virtual Desktop, and enterprise infrastructure services.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across infrastructure, networking, identity, and application platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification or an equivalent cloud certification is preferred.
• Experience with Ansible, Docker/Podman, and infrastructure automation is preferred.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar DevOps tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of Datadog and Netwrix Auditor is preferred.
• Awareness of disaster recovery planning and testing methodologies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and OSI network layers.
• High-speed internet is necessary for remote work: Only Cable or Fiber connections with Ethernet capability are acceptable.
• Minimum internet speeds required: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
