Systems Architect, BRM, Oracle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee Oracle BRM-related development within the transformation program and additional company initiatives.

• Establish reference architectures for new products, offerings, customer journeys, and billing processes.

• Ensure that solutions are in line with corporate architectural principles and meet business requirements.

• Act as a technical resource for development, engineering, operations, and partner teams.

• Design integrations between Oracle BRM and the BSS/OSS ecosystem, which includes CRM, Order Management, Product Catalog, Middleware, and digital platforms.

• Lead impact analyses, technical evaluations, and the formulation of evolution roadmaps.

• Facilitate technology modernization, automation, and the implementation of API- and event-driven architectures.

• Guarantee that non-functional requirements for performance, availability, security, observability, and resilience are met.

• Create technical enhancements across any application module.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in the architecture of telecommunications billing systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Cloud Native.

• Familiarity with the ECE rating module.

• Experience in defining solutions for rating, billing, collections, and revenue management processes.

• Understanding of distributed architectures, microservices, REST APIs, messaging, and enterprise systems integration.

• Background in mission-critical, high-volume transaction environments.

• Experience in leading architectural decisions within technology transformation programs.
