Systems Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, monitoring, and execution of Generative AI and Machine Learning initiatives.

• Collaborate with various teams to establish and implement scalable and secure solutions.

• Define business metrics and correlate them with use case implementations.

• Work alongside the Solution Architect and Squad Leader to provide dependable and secure solutions while balancing business needs and technical limitations.

• Engage in the delivery, design, and defense of technical and architectural solutions.

• Document agreed-upon Solution Designs in diagrams for both team and client reference.

• Record and document architectural decisions.

• Ensure that both functional and non-functional requirements are addressed.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team through knowledge-sharing sessions, everyday guidance, and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at an advanced or fluent level.

• Experience with large and complex applications utilizing AWS.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.

• Background in Generative AI and/or Machine Learning.

• Capability to propose and discuss technical solutions with peers and the product team.

• Passion for technology and tackling complex challenges.

• Ability to excel in a non-linear environment.
