Systems Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze processes within business areas and convert them into requirements, system rules, and technical specifications.

• Create and personalize workflows, automations, and solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

• Develop and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other systems employing SOAP and REST technologies.

• Model data, entities, and relationships in accordance with business workflows.

• Identify opportunities for automation and integration, proposing innovative solutions.

• Engage in projects that include portals, mobile applications, chatbots, and other related technologies.

• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and maintaining high-quality technical documentation.

• Continuously seek new knowledge and actively contribute in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in analyzing, specifying, and customizing business workflows.

• Understanding of development within low-code platforms and programming logic.

• Proficient in JavaScript.

• Familiarity with integrations using SOAP and REST.

• Ability to model data in alignment with business processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for technical documentation.

• Demonstrated proactivity, curiosity, self-directed learning, and creativity in problem-solving.
