Senior Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the Salesforce CRM, addressing fixes, enhancements, access control, and integrations with other systems.

• Collect, analyze, and document requirements in collaboration with business teams, converting functional needs into technical solutions.

• Spearhead solution implementation projects from planning to technical delivery, collaborating with internal development teams or partner vendors.

• Create and implement solutions aimed at process automation and the continuous improvement of the platform.

• Design business solutions and architectures that are integrated within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Act as the intermediary between user departments, technical teams, and external partners.

• Map and track metrics and KPIs.

• Facilitate alignment, refinement, and solution demonstration meetings with stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to CRM best practices, scalability, governance, and strategic alignment.

• Monitor projects and requests from initial briefing through to post-go-live support.

• Contribute to system integrations and the advancement of processes supported by Salesforce.

• Stay informed about Salesforce features, trends, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in a technology-related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, particularly in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

• Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements alongside business teams.

• Background in bridging the gap between business and technology.

• Proficient in Flow Builder, Validation Rules (VRs), and process automation within Salesforce.

• Experience with system integrations and business processes related to CRM.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, and request prioritization.

• Competent in creating and maintaining Salesforce objects, layouts, native reports, and configurations.
