Systems Analyst III – Philanthropy Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engage in feasibility studies, estimation, planning, design, development, prototyping, implementation, quality assurance assessment, and modification of automated systems.

• Establish training needs.

• Assist in process automation and manage relationships effectively.

• Generate daily reports and oversee dashboard maintenance.

• Support and design project assignments within the department and facilitate small system implementations.

• Contribute to the development of solutions.

• Keep schedules organized.

• Monitor information system resources pertaining to assigned projects.

• Provide updates on project timelines and document performance metrics.

• Create work products and document operational and business goals, technological capabilities, and resource requirements at the task level.

• Maintain project task plans, documentation, and communications efficiently.

• Collaborate with colleagues and managers in Philanthropy Analytics.

• Work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, remotely from Ohio or Florida.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with five years of experience in IT involving application development and support/end-user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role that utilizes the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position; OR a High School Diploma/GED with seven years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s Degree with three years of experience.

• ITIL Foundations Certification required upon or within six months of hire.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.

• Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent certifications are preferred.

• Proven experience with SQL, business logic, SSIS, Python, and Power BI.

• Experience with CRM databases and relationship data analytics is desired.

• Capability to perform work in a stationary position for extended durations.

• Willingness to travel throughout the hospital system.

• Proficiency in operating a computer and other office equipment.

• Ability to communicate effectively and exchange accurate information.

• In certain locations, capability to lift up to 20 lbs.

• Adhere to standard precautions by using personal protective equipment as required.

• Must comply with Cleveland Clinic’s influenza prevention program, which includes annual vaccination or an approved exemption.
