Systems Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead research and analysis to determine systems affected by requirements, potential interfaces, inter-team dependencies, and impacted business lines.

• Elicit requirements utilizing appropriate methodologies and modeling techniques.

• Identify inconsistencies and gaps within complex business processes.

• Support planning activities and the development of business case documentation.

• Translate business needs and technical requirements into clear Agile stories and features.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams, users, and stakeholders.

• Conduct root cause analysis.

• Build, maintain, and leverage relationships within the area of responsibility.

• Assist QA in preparing test scenarios and test data.

• Set objectives for personal work and contribute to operational area goals.

• Work independently on non-routine tasks within established guidelines and procedures.

• Analyze ambiguous problems and issues, revise work methods, and identify solutions using data trends and prior experience.

• Perform additional duties as requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Five (5) years of experience in requirements management.

• Five (5) years of experience with Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs, or similar enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with the healthcare sector (Medicaid/Medicare).

• Experience in designing interfaces and/or creating user interface mockups across Web, Mobile, and Client Server platforms.

• Strong systems-thinking capabilities.

• Experience in end-to-end business process analysis and system interactions.

• Proficiency in creating business process flows, system diagrams, data flows, data mapping documentation, and customer journeys.

• Advanced experience in Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, story decomposition, acceptance criteria development, dependency management, and sprint-readiness activities.

• Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile planning tools.

• Experience in facilitating stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience in developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing knowledge transfer.

• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, facilitation, process modeling, and requirements documentation.

• Experience in writing technical specifications within an Agile framework, including Epic, Feature, Story, and Task.

• Understanding of project and software development lifecycles, continuous delivery, Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and waterfall approaches.

• Comprehensive understanding of business analysis principles.

• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, communication, listening, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Certifications in Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs, or similar enterprise systems are preferred.

• Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or Business/System Analyst roles are preferred.
