Systems Analyst II – Health & Welfare Benefits Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +41 more states.

📋 Description

• Set up and implement proprietary Health & Welfare software for key clients

• Identify and resolve intricate issues while formulating solutions

• Clearly and confidently convey findings

• Work collaboratively with team members in an Agile setting and engage in daily scrums

• Evaluate business requirements and convert them into technical configurations

• Deliver high-quality results during the implementation process

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and skills related to benefits and healthcare technology

• Promote teamwork, share insights, and assist colleagues

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent practical experience

• 1-3 years of experience in IT, system configuration, or software implementation

• Proficient in SQL

• Familiarity with MS SQL Server Management Studio is an advantage

• Experience with ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, or similar programming languages

• Experience with configuration tools, Microsoft Office suite (including Copilot), and Azure DevOps is preferred

• Ability to interpret technical documentation and troubleshoot

• Knowledge of Health & Welfare Benefits and/or Payroll is highly regarded

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management
