Systems Analyst – Focus on Technical Troubleshooting and Engineering Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical liaison between N2 Support and the Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Quality, and Data teams.

• Perform in-depth technical analyses of reported incidents and issues, pinpointing root causes and suggesting solutions.

• Examine failures utilizing logs, dashboards, administrative consoles, and controlled testing methodologies.

• Clearly document findings and technical details to assist relevant teams.

• Develop and sustain scripts and automations for recurring incidents, empowering N2 Support to operate independently.

• Contribute to ongoing process enhancements by recommending changes based on metrics and performance indicators.

• Serve as a conduit between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment on context, impact, and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in diagnosing systems and analyzing complex incidents.

• Proficiency in interpreting logs to identify patterns or failures.

• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and task management software (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).

• Excellent communication skills, capable of documenting and conveying technical information effectively.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• A degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.

• Understanding of programming languages or ability to read code (APIs, tests, scripts) is a plus.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Kibana, New Relic) is a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases is a plus.

• Understanding of data structures and algorithms is a plus.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, test automation) is a plus.

• Previous experience in edtech companies or with SaaS products is a plus.
