This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to users while managing user accounts.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to applications.

• Compose clear, concise, and detailed bug reports.

• Manage service requests, including exports and imports of databases, along with overseeing data quality.

• Dispatch support tickets.

• Analyze, identify, and document potential improvements for applications and support processes.

• Contribute to enhancing the data quality and usability of applications.

• Relay user feedback to Product Management.

• Engage in developing the support knowledge base and compiling user documentation.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Developers, the Quality Assurance Team, and Business Partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration with an IT focus, Data Analytics, or Information Technology.

• Proficient in Oracle databases and SQL, with foundational PL/SQL skills.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM support.

• Proficient or fluent English is mandatory.
