Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop solutions and address reported issues in real time as part of the L3 support team.

• Adapt to various shifts as dictated by business requirements.

• Remotely manage, maintain, and oversee large, intricate cluster environments located in data centers across multiple continents.

• Evaluate procedures and design as well as implement automation and automated solutions.

• Facilitate deployment pipelines, automated testing scenarios, and monitoring of systems and services.

• Collaborate with team members from different countries and time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in managing a Linux-based production environment.

• Proficient in scripting and automation using Ansible and/or Python.

• Capable of working with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multicultural team spread across various countries and time zones.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Excellent collaboration abilities and a strong team player.

• Experience with OpenStack or OpenShift in production settings is a plus.

• Familiarity and experience with Linux containers is an advantage.

• Knowledge and experience with Red Hat Satellite is considered beneficial.

• Understanding and experience with Ceph is an added advantage.

• Proficiency and experience with Ansible Automation Platform is a plus.

• Familiarity with Zabbix is considered advantageous.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Bash, Python, Go, Ruby, or JavaScript is a plus.

• Relevant Red Hat or Linux-specific certifications like RHCSA, RHCE, or RHCA are considered beneficial.
