This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Enhance customer engagement and sales performance through effective in-person and virtual interactions with primary care accounts.
• Establish compliant relationships with healthcare providers, advanced practice providers, care team members, and office/clinic staff within designated accounts and health systems.
• Convey approved promotional and disease-state messaging to promote appropriate use of Primary Care products and meet customer needs.
• Utilize knowledge of products, diseases, and the market to discover opportunities, prioritize accounts, and facilitate the right pathways of care.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, eliminate access barriers, and further Primary Care business goals.
• Employ digital tools and insights to plan, implement, and enhance primary care territory activities.
• Travel to all accounts and office locations within the designated territory.
• Overnight travel may be required depending on the size of the territory and business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with 8+ years of professional experience, OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid US driver’s license and a driving record that adheres to company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is mandatory.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available at this time or in the future.
• 2–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, ideally in Primary Care or broad-based specialty roles.
• Advanced understanding of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
• Strong skills in strategic selling, account marketing, and territory management.
• Capability to develop and implement comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Business acumen, including strategic thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to engage, influence, and support customers throughout the sales and promotional process.
• Experience in a matrix environment.
