
System Integrator – Channel Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and implement the strategy for the North American system integrator channel.
• Identify, onboard, and activate new strategic system integrator partners.
• Create joint business plans, account strategies, and go-to-market initiatives with key partners.
• Foster relationships with partner executives, sales teams, solution architects, and business development leaders.
• Generate pipeline sourced by system integrators and influenced by system integrators, driving opportunities from identification to commercial closure.
• Broaden Ceragon’s presence in sectors such as Public Safety/SLED, Security & Defense, Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, and Mining.
• Lead and assist in strategic pursuits, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and complex multi-party opportunities.
• Develop integrated solutions that combine Ceragon’s wireless transport and private network offerings with partner capabilities and services.
• Provide partner enablement through workshops, demonstrations, training, and sales tools.
• Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline, forecasting, partner activity, and opportunity information within the CRM system.
• Monitor partner performance to ensure that relationships yield measurable pipeline, bookings, and growth.
• Collaborate with Ceragon’s sales, channel, product, marketing, services, and operations teams.
• Over 7 years of experience in channel sales, system integrator management, alliance sales, business development, telecommunications, networking, or a related technology field.
• Proven track record of developing new partners and generating revenue through system integrators.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales or channel targets.
• Strong expertise in complex B2B sales, account planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and negotiation.
• Experience interacting with senior executives, sales teams, technical teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Preferred knowledge of wireless transport, private networks, mission-critical connectivity, or related infrastructure solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and business-planning abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel across North America.
• Proactively identifies opportunities, recruits partners, and creates pathways where none exist.
• Accountable for pipeline, bookings, margin, and customer outcomes.
• Understands the financial aspects of integrators and creates compelling value propositions for partners.
• Quickly learns complex solutions and aligns product capabilities with partner services and customer business needs.
• Utilizes business plans, scorecards, CRM tools, and clear commitments to manage performance effectively.
• Establishes credibility with senior partner and customer leaders and navigates complex negotiations.
• Aligns sales, product, marketing, services, finance, legal, operations, distributors, and integrators around unified pursuit plans.
• Navigates obstacles in opportunities, addresses performance issues promptly, and drives teams towards closure.
• Quota-carrying sales position with clear accountability for pipeline, bookings, margin, and growth.
