This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

• Comprehend the unique needs of customers and create customized concepts.

• Oversee the complete technical execution of customer solutions.

• Design intelligent, robust, and sustainable technical solutions.

• Execute solutions independently while ensuring seamless operation.

• Construct and manage highly available Citrix virtualization environments.

• Enhance infrastructure and services to improve quality and performance.

• Tackle technical challenges either independently or collaboratively.

• Produce clear instructions and documentation for clients and internal teams.

• Completed training or a degree in a field related to IT.

• Several years of experience with Citrix Virtual Apps, Provisioning Services, NetScaler/ADC, and FSLogix.

• Proficiency in Active Directory, group policies, networks, and virtualization.

• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a structured manner as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in business English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of the German language is highly advantageous and preferred.
