System Configuration Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take the lead on medium-sized projects, enhancements, and support requests independently, confidently identifying solutions and guiding tasks to successful completion.

• Conceptualize, develop, and refine scalable business systems, actively seeking opportunities to improve existing architecture and processes.

• Create dependable and sustainable solutions that integrate smoothly with current platforms and cater to long-term business requirements.

• Oversee system performance, diagnose production issues, and utilize suitable tools to pinpoint and resolve technical challenges.

• Assess risks and dependencies when executing changes, ensuring comprehensive rollout plans and mitigation strategies are established.

• Articulate technical solutions through precise documentation, design discussions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Provide support and mentorship to junior team members through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Systems Administrator, Business Systems Analyst, CRM Administrator, or Configuration Specialist, preferably with platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom.

• Practical experience in configuring and maintaining business systems, including Salesforce Flows, Zendesk automations and triggers, and Intercom workflows, bots, or messaging campaigns.

• Comprehensive understanding of system configuration, automation, and business process optimization within enterprise applications.

• Proven capability to troubleshoot system issues independently, investigate incidents, and resolve technical challenges across supported platforms.

• Experience in integrating systems and facilitating data flows between platforms; familiarity with tools like Postman, Workbench, or REST APIs is an asset.

• Demonstrated dedication to adhering to established technical standards, documentation practices, and system governance processes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly documenting processes, technical solutions, and system designs.

• A reliable and stable internet connection with a consistent plan of 50 Mbps.

• An appropriate remote working environment, free from distractions and background noise, with a suitable chair and desk.

• Legally authorized to work in the country where this position is posted.
