System Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Administer and oversee the management of current content, users, and data within the existing LMS and other systems.

• Provide support for systems such as Group LMS, Performance and Goals, and Succession and Planning throughout the organization.

• Become a member of the Learning Team and serve as the first point of contact for customer service to internal clients.

• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.

• Build credibility and position yourself as a trusted partner.

• Advocate for best practices and implement innovative ways of working.

• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
