System Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design electronic concepts and interfaces used in factories for programming, configuring, and validating electronic modules for household appliances.

• Define interaction processes between production systems and products, including flashing, testing, provisioning, and configuration.

• Create secure provisioning processes, including key injection, certificates, credentials, and registration with cloud platforms.

• Document manufacturing architectures using MBSE, diagrams, data flows, requirements, and APIs.

• Establish firmware/software flashing processes, automatic validations, and connectivity tests on the production line.

• Develop concepts for capturing and transmitting manufacturing data to MES systems, ensuring integrity, traceability, and security.

• Ensure secure communication between the factory, devices, and backend infrastructure.

• Drive innovation related to IoT, Industry 4.0, and secure software deployment.

• Lead problem-solving efforts during programming, testing, or initial product connection.

• Collaborate with teams in Product, Embedded Software, Cloud/IoT, Production, Maintenance, IT, and Quality, acting as a bridge between factory and product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in designing electronic systems in industrial or automation environments.

• Experience in flashing/programming firmware processes on the production line.

• Experience in secure provisioning and establishing connectivity with cloud services.

• Proficiency in microcontrollers, firmware, and embedded systems applied to manufacturing.

• Knowledge of industrial networks, IoT security, and data protection.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills at the HW–FW–connectivity level.

• Plus: Knowledge of industrial IoT platforms.

• Plus: Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

• Plus: Experience with regulations applicable to household appliances.
