System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Gather, evaluate, and document software requirements.

• Partner with business stakeholders to elucidate requirements for new or enhanced business processes and products.

• Create specification documents for approved initiatives.

• Develop a comprehensive system-level perspective to ensure requirement consistency.

• Ensure alignment of end-user needs with system capabilities.

• Investigate integration opportunities with both external and internal systems.

• Assist development teams with integration tasks.

• Work with development teams to grasp the architectural implications of business decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of pertinent professional experience.

• Background in the financial or banking sector, ideally in product management.

• Exceptional analytical abilities, including the capacity to design intricate data flows and business processes.

• Fundamental understanding of microservices, UML, BPMN, and SQL.

• Familiarity with API specifications, web services, and integration scenarios, encompassing data flow and component logic.

• Strong problem-solving prowess, keen attention to detail, and a results-driven outlook.

• Outstanding interpersonal communication, negotiation, and meeting facilitation skills.

• A dedicated team player who is both committed and self-motivated.

• Proficiency in English: Intermediate level or above.
