This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Install, configure, operate, and maintain Epic Electronic Health Record Service, Client Application, and Web Application Servers.

• Conduct setup and configuration, proactive monitoring, and maintenance of assigned systems and application delivery technology.

• Deliver customer service to the end user community via telephone, electronic communications, or face-to-face interactions.

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of server/system infrastructure.

• Provide support for both physical and virtual environments on Microsoft and Linux platforms.

• Aid in the management of VMware infrastructure, including the ongoing administration of the enterprise environment.

• Collaborate with departmental and organizational resources to install and maintain line of business applications for assigned systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.

• Vendor-required certification in good standing (or proficiency if accepted by the vendor) for the applications/modules that the employee is assigned to support is required.

• If not currently certified (or proficient), the employee must obtain certification (proficiency) within 6 months from their Date of Hire (DOH) or Date of Transfer (DOT) into a position that necessitates certification (proficiency).

• 3-5 years of experience in supporting server/storage infrastructure technologies is required.

• Experience in supporting both physical and virtual environments on Microsoft and Linux platforms.

• Experience in supporting VMware infrastructure.

• Capability to provide prompt and professional customer service via telephone, electronic communications, or in-person interactions.

• Work shift: 8am - 5pm.
