
System Access Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Process and oversee user access requests for various R1 service lines and client systems.
β’ Track, prioritize, and manage requests, tasks, incidents, and assignments using a ticketing system.
β’ Provision and deprovision user access at both end-user and application levels.
β’ Monitor access issues and collaborate with users and client contacts to address any missing or delayed access.
β’ Maintain client job aids, access trackers, process documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
β’ Address internal and external inquiries regarding access status and subsequent steps.
β’ Communicate with client representatives and provide status updates to System Access leadership.
β’ Engage in client touchpoints and work collaboratively with clients, vendors, Operations, Client Experience, and other business teams.
β’ Handle confidential information in accordance with healthcare privacy and security regulations.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, help desk, system access, or a related support role.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to evaluate priorities, organize tasks, and meet deadlines.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capability to maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while effectively utilizing available tools and resources.
β’ Competence in managing multiple requests concurrently and accurately documenting process changes.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Experience in supporting healthcare organizations, hospital systems, health information management, or revenue cycle operations is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, MEDITECH, or STAR is preferred.
β’ Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow online ticketing systems is preferred.
β’ Background in supporting users or clients across various time zones in a remote environment is preferred.
