Syndication Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the transfer of extensive product data between Solventum, governmental bodies, and channel partners.

• Execute and oversee data aggregation to gather and relay item-level product details.

• Fulfill ad-hoc customer inquiries, UDI data requests, and BUDI-DI requests across various functions.

• Conduct data collection, cleansing, and aggregation, and upload information for UDI submissions, including GUDID, EUDAMED, and ANVISA.

• Develop documentation for internal Syndication processes.

• Oversee a ServiceNow ticket queue for ad-hoc requests.

• Navigate ERP systems, PDF files, and spreadsheets containing over 100,000 rows to consolidate data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with four years of experience in medical device regulatory data, or a High School Diploma/GED with eight years of experience in medical device regulatory data.

• Two years of experience with SQL.

• Four years of experience using Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH and pivot tables.

• Two years of experience in data analysis.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for employment-visa sponsorship.

• May need to have licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials mandated by healthcare or third-party facilities.

• A Master's degree in medical device regulatory or data analysis is considered an additional qualification.

• Five years of experience in medical device regulatory or data analysis is viewed as an additional qualification.

• Additional skills in Python, R Studio, and UDI knowledge are considered beneficial.

• Travel may involve up to 5% for international or domestic purposes.
