This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.
• Maintain, enhance, optimize, and support the UKG Healthcare Productivity application.
• Assist with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and UKG Productivity IS business processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technological solutions meet business requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear and effective communication.
• Conduct initial triage, mitigation, and resolution of application-related issues.
• Supervise features, change requests, testing, and system releases.
• Provide solutions to intricate application and operational challenges.
• Support application deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management activities.
• Contribute to Providence's healthcare mission by leveraging problem-solving expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a combination of education and relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years of functional experience.
• 5 years of experience in application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems, such as Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, Workday, large ERP time and attendance systems, Kronos, and/or substantial nurse scheduling software.
• At least 2 years demonstrating the ability to execute medium to complex projects.
• Familiarity with application management methodologies, including system deployment, support, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies, change management, and operational enhancement in complex systems.
• Capability to align business requirements with UKG Healthcare Productivity application solutions and enhancements.
• A Master's degree and professional certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Upon hiring, relevant professional certifications are preferred.
• Upon hiring, Oracle Certified Professional certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of Oracle Cloud Suite implementation or support experience is highly desired.
• At least 2 years of experience with large-scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects is preferred.
