Swedish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for customers who speak Swedish

• Deliver customer support through phone and email channels

• Help with product orders, deliveries, payments, and returns

• Address inquiries regarding missing parcels, product reclamations, and price modifications

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and friendly service

• Work in rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level or fluent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

• C1 proficiency in English for team communication and training purposes

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in using standard computer applications

• No previous experience necessary

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer service is advantageous
