This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement HealthCentral's enterprise sales strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
• Take ownership of overall revenue performance, pipeline generation, forecasting, and quota achievement.
• Discover new market opportunities, emerging revenue streams, and strategic alliances.
• Spearhead annual sales planning, territory design, account strategy, and revenue forecasting.
• Set KPIs and performance metrics across the sales organization.
• Revamp the CRM to mirror HealthCentral’s evolving commercial strategy.
• Create and enforce a standardized, stage-gated sales process.
• Establish account planning, opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal development, and deal review processes.
• Define sales playbooks, pipeline governance, and KPI dashboards.
• Recruit, nurture, and retain a high-performing sales team.
• Mentor leaders and individual contributors in performance management and professional growth.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, customer success, and ongoing improvement.
• Personally maintain executive-level relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare organizations, agencies, and strategic accounts.
• Support intricate enterprise negotiations and high-value opportunities.
• Enhance existing client relationships and drive new logo acquisition.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within HealthCentral's portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Editorial, Client Success, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Work with Product leadership to influence future offerings based on customer insights.
• Optimize lead generation and brand positioning in conjunction with Marketing.
• Maximize renewals, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth through Client Success.
• Enhance sales processes, forecasting accuracy, CRM utilization, and reporting.
• Apply data-driven decision-making throughout the sales organization.
• Assess organizational structure, compensation plans, and incentive programs.
• Ensure disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
• Establish credibility as a commercial leader and optimize the sales organization within the first 12 months.
• 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including executive-level responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading enterprise B2B sales organizations with multimillion-dollar revenue responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success in scaling commercial teams during periods of organizational growth or transformation.
• Experience in healthcare media, pharmaceutical marketing, digital health, healthcare technology, SaaS, advertising, or related sectors is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with senior client stakeholders, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare organizations, and agency partners.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing forecasts, budgets, and revenue planning.
• Experience in implementing sales processes, CRM best practices, and performance management systems.
• Exceptional executive presence, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
