This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and direct the operational framework that allows Flourish to expand nationally while maintaining care quality, culture, and compassion.
• Act as a key member of Flourish's senior leadership team, ensuring that operational infrastructure keeps pace with company growth.
• Supervise People Operations, Clinical Operations, Licensing & Compliance, Credentialing, Patient Acquisition, and Payer Operations.
• Cultivate leadership, establish accountability across various functions, and implement scalable operational systems and routines.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leaders from Clinical, Growth, Product, Finance, and Strategy to foresee operational needs and convert strategy into actionable capabilities.
• Manage People Operations through the Director of People Operations, encompassing workforce planning, recruiting, leadership development, performance management, organizational design, and employee experience.
• Ensure clinical teams have the necessary infrastructure for practice management, clinician onboarding, carepod support, and performance metrics.
• Oversee licensing, compliance, and credentialing, while proactively identifying regulatory risks and creating scalable systems.
• Manage Payer Operations to convert health-plan contracts into dependable operational and financial outcomes.
• Supervise Patient Acquisition and company KPIs, including achieving a 15% month-over-month increase in admissions and ensuring access to care within 7 days.
• Develop a dynamic operations organization with multiple leadership levels, systems, accountability, and operating routines.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with substantial responsibility for complex operational organizations.
• Experience in scaling operations within a high-growth startup or similarly fast-paced organization, ideally across various phases of company development.
• Proven track record in leading multiple functions and senior functional leaders, with a demonstrated capability to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Exceptional people leadership skills, including a history of transforming managers into leaders and leaders into executives.
• Strong instincts in organizational design and the capability to adapt structures, roles, and accountability as the company evolves.
• Excellent operational judgment, with the skill to identify bottlenecks, streamline complexities, and differentiate root causes from symptoms.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, possessing strong business intuition and a consistent practice of using metrics to assess and enhance organizational performance.
• Proven ability to translate company strategy and growth objectives into operational needs, capabilities, and execution plans.
• Comfortable navigating between long-term strategy and hands-on problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional executive communication abilities and the capacity to build trust and influence effectively across various functions.
• Strong project and program management skills, particularly in handling complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in healthcare operations is strongly preferred, especially in multi-state settings involving clinical operations, licensing, compliance, credentialing, or payer operations.
