This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales and regional leaders to develop go-to-market strategies, encompassing country and region prioritization, sector emphasis, coverage models, and segment-specific initiatives.
• Take ownership of territory design and book-of-business creation; define, delineate, and adjust territories as necessary.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles related to capacity, headcount, and target-setting.
• Conduct weekly forecast meetings, pipeline assessments, and quarterly business reviews for the EMEA region.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and maintain pipeline health, identifying slippage and coverage deficiencies.
• Evaluate sales performance, productivity, and pipeline dynamics to generate data-driven insights and frameworks for account prioritization.
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate goals and KPIs, translating analyses into recommendations suitable for executives.
• Eliminate operational bottlenecks and provide time-zone support for urgent issues.
• Manage account transitions, CRM updates, and data integrity while ensuring accurate data management.
• Collaborate with central RevOps to implement processes, tools, and go-to-market infrastructure.
• Advise EMEA sales leadership and act as a cross-functional subject-matter expert across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product departments.
• Communicate significant or sensitive changes, such as territory adjustments, in a clear and thoughtful manner.
• Over 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, go-to-market strategy, management consulting, or corporate strategy, preferably within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales context.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with a proven history of developing models, handling large datasets, and transforming ambiguous business inquiries into actionable insights for leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute complex operational processes with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.
• Practical experience with go-to-market systems (Salesforce required), business intelligence and visualization tools (such as Tableau, Looker, or similar), and AI tools (like Claude, ChatGPT).
• High level of judgment and discretion, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and foster alignment in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in SQL for querying and modeling data at scale.
• Familiarity with AI or conversational AI technologies, as well as consumption or usage-based business models.
• Experience working across multiple EMEA markets and collaborating with a globally distributed RevOps team.
