This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the daily operations related to delivery and communication for all US field operations and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the IT department to manage cloud technology and reporting platforms that support analytics and reporting requirements, including executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Take ownership of and enhance CRM systems such as Veeva for Vera workflows, focusing on high-value customers, referral networks, and extended sales cycles.
• Ensure accurate tracking of healthcare professional engagement, account activities, and field promotional initiatives.
• Evaluate field activities and territory performance using both qualitative insights and traditional/non-traditional key performance indicators.
• Assist specialty field teams with inquiry resolution, analytics, and training support.
• Collaborate with Training and HR for onboarding processes and ongoing support for field team enablement.
• Design and manage territory alignments based on key customers, referral paths, and regional patient density.
• Maintain targeting lists that reflect diagnostic expansion and the discovery of new accounts.
• Support incentive compensation plans and manage the calculations and distributions of compensation payouts.
• Work alongside Sales Leadership to establish achievable goals that align with Vera’s objectives.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Patient Services, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to ensure aligned data, workflows, and reporting processes.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to guarantee adherence to healthcare and rare disease regulatory standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Operations within biotech, pharma, or rare disease settings.
• Practical experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and BI tools.
• Experience in supporting specialty or small field sales teams.
