This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the pricing strategy for Employer Solutions to maximize revenue growth, enhance retention, and boost profitability in collaboration with Finance, Product, and GTM Leadership.
• Evaluate market data and integrate customer feedback to identify value drivers and assess competitive positioning.
• Adjust pricing strategy to meet changing market demands.
• Convert intricate pricing models into straightforward, marketable structures.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to spearhead internal training and external messaging regarding pricing.
• Provide guidance to operational teams on quoting tools, deal desk parameters, and downstream operational workflows.
• Act as a strategic partner for Sales and Customer Success leadership in structuring deals for both prospective and renewing employers.
• Oversee deadlines and establish timeline expectations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or other relevant/quantitative fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in finance, consulting, business operations, or financial planning & analysis, ideally in the SaaS or Healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in forecasting, data analysis, and developing financial models to inform business decisions.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Outstanding communication abilities to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for GTM leadership and external clients.
• Capacity to address unstructured and undefined challenges, take initiative, and drive objectives to reach desired results.
• Familiarity with balancing cross-functional priorities among Clinical, Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Motivated self-starter with the agility to switch between high-level strategy and detailed modeling.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Background in B2B or B2B2C products and solutions.
• Experience in healthcare or benefits strategy.
