This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily administration of Zoho CRM, which includes managing users and roles, configuring workflows and automation, making field and layout adjustments, and integrating third-party applications.
• Develop new automation processes to accommodate increased deal flow as the organization expands.
• Ensure data integrity through deduplication, validation rules, and regular audits.
• Document CRM configurations and processes to ensure they can be replicated as the sales team grows.
• Assist with pipeline management, sales forecasting, and quota tracking for the sales team.
• Facilitate the deal desk approval process by monitoring deal terms and approvals, and highlighting exceptions for Sales Operations and Finance.
• Coordinate lead routing and territory assignment rules in collaboration with marketing and sales leadership.
• Manage post-sale deal processing for smooth transitions to finance and customer success teams.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency in sales and marketing.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, funnel conversion rates, quota achievement, and other essential sales KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports for sales leadership and conduct ad hoc analyses for board and leadership-level inquiries.
• Identify trends and process inefficiencies in the data, presenting findings and recommendations to Sales Operations leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead handoff procedures and campaign tracking within the CRM.
• Work alongside customer success and finance to ensure continuity of renewal and account data.
• Act as a point of contact for sales representatives regarding daily CRM inquiries and requests.
• Participate in cross-training with Sales Operations on order form and contract generation, preparation of board and leadership materials, sales onboarding, and training initiatives.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, CRM administration, or a role as a business/data analyst.
• Practical experience in CRM administration — with platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
• Experience in sales onboarding and training is a plus.
• Proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable creating dashboards using tools like Zoho Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining clean, reliable data.
• Process-oriented — capable of documenting and enhancing workflows rather than merely executing them.
• Adaptable to a small, dynamic operations team where functions are still being established.
• Proficiency in SQL/lead flow is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in Zoho CRM administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with supporting a deal desk or deal-approval workflow is preferred.
• Experience in a PE-backed or growth-stage SaaS company is preferred.
• Understanding of IT spend management, FinOps, TEM, or ITFM, or the ServiceNow ecosystem is preferred.
