This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Claravine's identity as The Data Standards Company® and enhance the category narrative.
• Represent Claravine at keynotes, in industry publications, analyst briefings, executive panels, and podcasts.
• Develop and refine competitive positioning for Sales and Customer Success.
• Manage relationships with analysts including Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others.
• Oversee marketing's impact on the pipeline with clear attribution, targets, and accountability.
• Design and implement an enterprise Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program aimed at Global 2000 accounts with advertising expenditures exceeding $50M.
• Generate demand through various channels including content, events, digital efforts, partner co-marketing, and direct outreach.
• Enhance full-funnel reporting and attribution processes.
• Lead initiatives on messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and launch strategies.
• Create business-value messaging tailored for CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and marketing analytics stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and finance teams to develop pricing and packaging strategies.
• Create sales and expansion enablement resources that increase win rates and average contract value (ACV).
• Implement a content strategy that spans the entire enterprise buyer journey.
• Commission and produce research, benchmarks, and frameworks related to marketing data standards.
• Foster customer advocacy through case studies, references, advisory boards, and executive roundtables.
• Build, lead, and nurture a team of 5–10 professionals in product marketing, demand generation, content, xEO, and contractors.
• Manage the marketing budget and P&L to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).
• Utilize AI-driven workflows and tools to optimize output from a lean team.
• Establish reporting rhythms and dashboards for the executive team.
• Over 12 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing.
• A minimum of 4 years in VP, SVP, or CMO positions overseeing the entire Marketing function.
• Demonstrated success in building category narratives and establishing thought leadership within a company that sells to enterprise marketing leaders.
• Proven ownership of pipeline and revenue targets, supported by specific, quantifiable results.
• Experience in managing or closely supporting enterprise sales cycles lasting 6–12 months with at least six-figure average selling prices (ASPs).
• A track record of leading lean teams of 5–15 members.
• Practical experience using AI that has transformed marketing operations.
• Exceptional writing, verbal communication, presentation skills, and executive presence.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing data, analytics, and measurement techniques.
• Established relationships within the enterprise marketing technology ecosystem are preferred.
